Frequently Asked Questions

  • Renters: Must be at least 18 years old to rent.
  • Passengers: Must be at least 6 years old to ride as passengers. For passengers under 21 years of age, a parent or guardian must sign the necessary documents.
  • Riders: Must be at least 18 years old to operate. Riders aged 18-21 may operate the vessel with a parent or guardian’s signed consent.

Renter must have a valid photo ID and a temporary/permanent boating licence for all riders born after January 1, 1988.

Yes. Orders are refundable 24 hours before the rental period starts:
  • Cancel online orders via order tracking link, which was sent to you via email order confirmation. Click the three dots button and then click the cancel button.
  • Cancel orders done via phone or via social media by calling us.
  • Orders will also be cancelled if weather conditions do not permit watersport activities.
Note: Payment processing fees are non-refundable.

Note: If the renter is a rider or a passenger, they should also sign the corresponding documents.

Boating experience is helpful, but is not required.

Yes, life jackets are provided for all passengers, including children. It is mandatory for everyone to wear a life jacket while on board.

If weather worsens, return to the dock as soon as possible. Your safety is our priority. Remaining time can be rescheduled for another date.

Extensions are possible if the rented watercraft is available for this time. Give us a call and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Before departure, you’ll receive a comprehensive orientation covering Boat/PWC(jet ski) operation, local regulations, safety guidelines, and emergency procedures.

Any driver born after January 1, 1988, is required to take and pass a 25-question Florida Temporary Boater Test. The test is available online at Boat-Ed Florida Rental.

  • For online booking we accept debit and credit cards.
  • For orders via phone we accept Zelle, cash, and debit/credit cards.
Note: Payment processing fees are non-refundable in case of cancellation.

A deposit of $300 per watercraft rented is required before the rental starts. It can be paid at the place or via Zelle.
